In the invention, the seeds are arrayed to raise rice seedlings in sequence in an orientated way by adopting an operating mode of planting the seedling by a machine and sowing the seeds in the seedling tray in a positioning and orientated way; and the seedlings are transplanted in an orientated way, so that the seedlings are arrayed in the field in an orientated way and the tillering of the rice and orientated growth of lead blades can be realized.
