The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a plurality of data packets; assigning the data packets to a storage queue for storing; reading the data packets in the storage queue by a deploying controller; according to the working attributes of the data packets, assigning the data packets to different working queues for storing by the deploying controller; commanding a process controller to perform a packet processing program, assigning at least one working queue and processing the data packets therein; transmitting completion information to a completion queue by the process controller after the process controller finishes the packet processing program; and transmitting the processed data packets to a host terminal after the deploying controller detects the completion information in the completion queue.
