The invention discloses a hydraulic driving device of a road sweeper, which comprises an engine, a hydraulic pump, a control valve, a hydraulic motor, a universal driving device, a hydraulic oil tank, a gear transmission and a driving bridge, wherein the engine is fixed on a chassis of the road sweeper; the hydraulic pump is directly connected with the engine; the hydraulic motor is fixed on the frame of the road sweeper, and positioned on the upper part of the driving bridge; the hydraulic pump, the control valve, the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic oil tank are respectively connected through hydraulic pipes to form a hydraulic system; the power output end of the hydraulic motor is connected with one end of the universal driving device, and the other end of the universal driving device is connected with the input end of the gear transmission; and the output end of the gear transmission is connected with the driving bridge.
