The current electronic scale removal is resisted by a pipeline material, and needs to adopt a high-power output and alternating magnet system. By converting the alternating current signal into the alternating current magnetic signal and introducing the alternating current magnetic signal into the conduit, the conductive substance therein generates alternating current so as to effectively solve several important problems produced in the fluid (mostly water) such as scale caused by calcium and magnesium ions, rust produced by moisture and oxygen on iron pipes and bacteria and seaweeds in the fluid.
