The two-dimensional and three-dimensional display switching device comprises a plurality of liquid crystal lens units which are arranged in manner of matrix, wherein each liquid crystal lens unit comprises a first unit, a second unit and an elastic electrode which is arranged between the first unit and the second unit; liquid crystal is filled between the first unit and the elastic electrode; and each liquid crystal lens unit is also provided with a control electrode for driving the elastic electrode to deform to form into a liquid crystal lens. The invention adopts the mode that the structures of the liquid crystal lens units are formed by filling the liquid crystal into the elastic electrode, thereby being convenient for switching the two-dimensional display and three-dimensional display.
