Abstract

The invention relates to technology for treating cultivation seeds of fraxinus mandshurica drought-resisting nursery stocks, and relates to seed treatment technology. Treatment solution, namely mixed aqueous solution, of fraxinus mandshurica seed is prepared by dissolving analytically pure gibberellin into a small amount of 95 percent alcohol, mixing the dissolved analytically pure gibberellin and anhydrous CaCl2. The concentration of GA is 300mg / L, the concentration of CaCl2 is 1.4 percent. After being treated by the treatment solution of the fraxinus mandshurica seed, fraxinus mandshurica seeds sprout and germinate normally; and fraxinus mandshurica seedlings are little damaged and grow better under the drought condition; therefore, the drought resistance capacity of the fraxinus mandshurica seedlings can be improved by immersing the seeds in the treatment solution of the fraxinus mandshurica seed before seeding.
