Embodiment Construction

[0025] Separators (housings) for separating solid particles from vapor-gas mixtures are part of a plant in which the separation of pulverized fossil fuels (for example, oil shale) or materials containing organic matter is performed by a solid heat carrier Pyrolysis. The temperature of the steam-gas mixture entering the process interface is about 480°C, and its formulation contains up to 230g / m 3 Particles of semi-coke, the rest are hydrocarbon vapors, water vapor and pyrolysis gases, and other mixtures and gases.

[0026] In this device the vapor-gas mixture is purified by gravity deposition of particles.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a separator (a dust chamber) for separating solid particles from a vapor-gas mixture, and particularly relates to a structure of the dust chamber belonging amongst installation of the plant processing the materials containing the fossil fuels or organic substances. The dust chamber (1) for separating solid particles from vapor-gas mixture comprises a main body (2), an inner lining (7) arranged on the inner surface of the main body, first and second stage cyclones (3, 4), lamella compensators (18, 19), dust removal conduits (5, 15) and an inlet conduit (13) of the vapor-gas mixture into the first cyclone (3). The main body (2) of the dust chamber (1) is manufactured in all altitudinal extent from the cylinder of equal diameter and first and second stage cyclones (3, 4) are placed outward of the main body (2) of the dust chamber (1). For the lining of the main body (2) of the dust chamber (1) and first and second stage cyclones (3, 4) are used the non-porous and wear proof material, for example concrete.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to separators (housings) for separating solid particles from vapor-gas mixtures, and more particularly to structures belonging to dust chambers in plant equipment handling materials containing fossil fuels or organic matter. Background technique [0002] In terms of prior art, a separator (housing) known and used by the applicant for the separation of solid particles from a vapor-gas mixture is described below with reference to FIG. 1 . For a clearer and better view of the devices known from the prior art, and also to draw the differences from the present invention, the details of the separator of the present invention have corresponding details to those known from the prior art, consisting of the same Positional number notation, add an apostrophe (') to the positional number to differentiate between the two. [0003] A separator (housing) 1' known from the prior art for separating solid particles from a vapor-gas mixture...
