Abstract

The invention discloses a self-adaptive EGR valve control system, and relates to an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve control system, which comprises a DC driving motor, a position feedback module, a diagnostic module and an adjustment control module. The DC driving motor is controlled by the position feedback module to realize positive and reverse rotation and positioning so as to control the lift of the EGR valve to adjust the size of the EGR rate. The position feedback module monitors the lift of the EGR valve so as to accurately adjust the size of the EGR rate. The diagnostic module is used for determining whether the EGR valve can work normally so as to serve as the basis for the adjustment control and the premise for the self-adaptability.
