Energy conservation type heat comfortable controller and control method

The present invention discloses an energy-saving thermal comfort controller and a control method for heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems based on thermal comfort index, energy-saving control and neural network arithmetic. Wherein, the controller calculates and displays thermal comfort index based on air temperature, humidity, wind speed, radioactive temperature and user activity details and wearing details. The air temperature and humidity are measured by a sensor. The radioactive temperature is equivalent to the air temperature. The wind speed is obtained by calculating input power of a fan. User activity details and wearing details are defined by users themselves or conform to default values. The energy-saving control method divides heating, ventilating and air-conditioning system into three operating phases, viz. quick refrigerating/heating, comfortable operation and energy-saving operation and provides corresponding set comfort index. In addition, the neural network arithmetic conducts calculation and outputs control signals according to difference between set comfort index and actual index to control the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning system respectively through a AC and a DC drive circuit, thus realizing the highest comfort and the lower energy consumption.

The present invention relates to a light emitting element with arrayed cells, a method of manufacturing the same, and a light emitting device using the same. The present invention provides a light emitting element including a light emitting cell block with a plurality of light emitting cells connected in series or parallel on a single substrate, and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein each of the plurality of light emitting cells includes an N-type semiconductor layer and a P-type semiconductor layer, and the N-type semiconductor layer of one light emitting cell is electrically connected to the P-type semiconductor layer of another adjacent light emitting cell. Further, the present invention provides a light emitting device including a light emitting element with a plurality of light emitting cells connected in series. Accordingly, it is possible to simplify a manufacturing process of a light emitting device for illumination capable of being used with a household AC power source, to decrease a fraction defective occurring in manufacturing a light emitting device for illumination, and to mass-produce the light emitting device for illumination. Further, there is an advantage in that DC driving efficiency can be enhanced in an AC operation by installing a predetermined rectifying circuit outside the light emitting element.

The invention discloses a complex pipeline moving rat which solves the problem that a moving device in a pipeline can not effectively pass through a complex pipeline and climb a vertical pipeline. The complex pipeline moving rat comprises a retainer and a driving body which are assembled in a pipe wall and is technically characterized in that the retainer and the driving body are assembled on a same main shaft; two motor driving bodies of the driving body are respectively symmetrically hinged between a connecting base of the main shaft and a slide block of the driving body through a link mechanism so that a driving wheel is tensioned in the pipe wall; the motor driving bodies are provided with a DC driving motor and a DC steering motor; and a four-bar mechanism of the retainer, which is provided with a supporting wheel, is hinged between the connecting base of the main shaft and the slide block of the retainer so that the supporting wheel is tensioned in the pipe wall. The invention has reasonable structural design, easy operation, flexible work, stability and reliability, not only can meet the requirement of round pipeline reducing, but also can move in a square pipeline and can climb the vertical pipeline, thereby achieving the aim of moving a self-adaptive pipeline which is compositely driven in complex pipelines, such as a T type pipeline, an L type pipeline or U type pipeline, and the like.

An electric full-circle rotation inboard and outboard (double-motor) contra-rotating propeller propulsion unit is applicable to various small and medium-sized ships and boats, an energy conservation value is increased by 10% to 12%, and navigational speed and propulsion efficiency are improved by about 10%. The electric full-circle rotation inboard and outboard (double-motor) contra-rotating propeller propulsion unit comprises encoders, servo motors, speed reducers and large and small cylindrical gears, a rotary support and a sleeve are connected with a lower box to realize full-circle rotation, a ship can turn around flexibly, the reversing speed of the ship is increased by 1.6 times, and the ship runs safely. Optimal three-dimensional movement efficiency of contra-rotating propellers is realized by the aid of a hydraulic lifting mode or an electric lifting mode. A propulsion unit support is connected with a hull, propulsion force, vibration and impact force are absorbed, and the unit is protected. The front and the back of the lower box are streamline-shaped, the upper section of the lower box is wing-shaped, accordingly resistance is reduced, and the lower box is novel and compact in structure, small in dimension and light in weight. In addition, alternating-current frequency converters or direct-current drivers, a PLC (programmable logic controller) single cable connected with a driving cab liquid crystal display, double-motor double-propeller controllers, full-circle steering wheels and direction indicators are adopted, and double-motor full-circle synchronous electronic omnidistance operation is realized. The electric full-circle rotation inboard and outboard (double-motor) contra-rotating propeller propulsion unit is powered by batteries and emergency generator sets or in a hybrid mode, and zero or low-carbon emission is realized.

DC-driven mobile refrigeration equipment

The invention discloses DC-driven mobile refrigeration equipment, which comprises a thermal insulation library body embedded with a refrigeration system and a power supply system. A compressor of the refrigeration system is a DC variable frequency compressor powered by secondary DC voltage; and the power supply system comprises a dual-power DC generator capable of outputting first DC voltage and second DC voltage and a battery which is charged by the second DC voltage. The battery and the dual-power DC generator form two power sources for supplying power to the DC variable frequency compressor; and a power source controller is connected between the battery and the dual-power DC generator and the DC variable frequency compressor. The power source controller at least comprises a power switching module capable of automatically switching the DC variable frequency compressor from dual-power DC generator power supply to battery power supply when a vehicle engine runs at a low rotating speed and automatically switching the DC variable frequency compressor from battery power supply to dual-power DC generator power supply when the vehicle engine runs at the normal rotating speed. The DC-driven mobile refrigeration equipment has the advantages of capacity of refrigerating under the vehicle stop condition, stable refrigerating capacity and high refrigerating accuracy.

Gas detection method and gas detection device

The invention proposes a method for etalon suppression in a gas detection device by determining an etalon fringe period during a calibration step without gas in dependency of the DC drive current. A measuring signal which is a function of the gas absorption and substantially independent of an intensity modulation of an initial light signal at an initial frequency (f) is generated by determining a first pre-measuring signal when the laser source is operated at the center of the gas absorption peak, a second pre-measuring signal when the laser source is operated with a DC drive current below the gas absorption peak of the gas to be detected, and a third pre-measuring signal when the laser source is operated with a DC drive current above said gas absorption peak, with a difference between said DC drive currents which corresponds to the etalon fringe period determined in a calibration step before. The final measuring signal is determined as the difference between the first pre-measuring signal and the arithmetic mean of the second pre-measuring signal and the third pre-measuring signal. This etalon fringe suppression allows to implement a substantial simplification of a reference channel in a gas detector, which does not require separate lock-in channels which analyse the detector signal either on the modulation frequency (f), or on twice the modulation frequency (2f).

The invention discloses an AC (Alternating Current) dimming drive circuit for an LED (Light-Emitting Diode). The AC dimming drive circuit comprises a rectification unit and N levels of LED DC (Direct Current) drive circuits, wherein in the ith-level LED DC drive circuit, a first end of an ith voltage sampling unit and the input end of an ith LED light source module directly or indirectly receive the output voltages of the rectification unit; the voltage diving end of the ith voltage sampling unit is connected with a second input end of an ith switching unit; a first input end of the ith switching unit is connected with the output end of the ith LED light source module; the output end of the ith switching unit, a second end of the ith voltage sampling unit and a second output end of the rectification unit are grounded; when the ith switching unit is switched on, the first to ith LED light source modules emit light; and when the ith switching unit is switched off, if i is less than N, the first to (i+1)th LED light source modules emit light, and if i is equal to N, the first to Nth LED light source modules stop emitting light. By utilizing the dimming drive circuit, the AC direct drive LED light source module is realized and cannot twinkle when the AC voltage fluctuates.
