Abstract

The invention discloses a solid state disk read-write method, which comprises four types of operation: reading data from a solid state disk; writing data in the solid state disk; writing caching data in a flash memory; and erasing invalid blocks from the solid state disk. The solid state disk read-write method is characterized in that: a block-level address mapping list with a cache is pre-established based on the cache; and the storage space of the solid state disk is pre-divided into a data block area, an invalid block area and a space block area; the data block area, the invalid block area and the space block area save respective erasing times and physical block address information in an array form; and the four types of operation of reading the data from a solid state disk, writing the data in the solid state disk, writing the caching data in the flash memory and erasing the invalid blocks from the solid state disk are executed in parallel. In the mode of adding the cache, the solid state disk read-write method effectively reduces the erasing frequency of the flash memory and improves the service life of the solid state disk.
