The USB interface is electrically connected with a security chip respectively through a USB interface circuit and an IO (Input / Output) interface circuit; a clock and a clock frequency setting unit are both electrically connected with the security chip; D+ of the USB interface is electrically connected with D+ of the USB interface circuit, and D- of the USB interface is electrically connected with D- of the USB interface circuit; the IO interface circuit comprises a bidirectional interface and an input interface; D+ of the USB interface is electrically connected with any interface of the IO interface circuit, and D- of the USB interface is electrically connected with the rest interfaces of the IO interface circuit except D+ connecting pin; and an interface processing unit is used for setting the bidirectional interface of the IO interface circuit into an input mode, judging the level of the bidirectional interface and opening or closing the USB interface circuit according to the level state of the bidirectional interface.
