Abstract

The heat exchange device for the methanol synthesis reactor is characterized in that: the heat exchange tubes are linear; the water inlet device has a box structure and comprises a first surface and an arched second surface which are formed by annular tube plates, the first surface is provided with a water outlet into which end parts of the heat exchange tubes are inserted, and the second surface is provided with a water inlet which is used for connecting an external circulating cooling system; and the structure of the water outlet device is identical with the water inlet device.
