The invention relates to an extra-deep hole drilling and fast slag tapping construction method, which is carried out according to the following steps: (1) connecting a plurality of steel pipes through flanges; (2) welding a conical opening for collecting settled slag at the bottom sections of the connected steel pipes, and connecting a high-pressure rubber host on the bottom sections of the steel pipes; (3) welding a slurry recovery box on a hole drilling platform; (4) extending the tail end of the steel pipe onto a sieve arranged above the slurry recovery box, and connecting the high-pressure rubber host to an air compressor; and (5) installing, connecting and down placing the steel pipes and the high-pressure rubber hose according to the depth of holes, hanging the steel pipes by a hoisting machine arranged on a percussion drill, opening an air valve of the air compressor so that high-pressure air fast rises along the steel pipes after reaching the steel pipes at the bottom of the hole along the high-pressure rubber hose, forming pressure difference in the steel pipes, floating the settled slag at the bottom to an hole opening, and then, using the slurry recovery box for recovering the slurry for reutilization.
