Abstract

The invention relates to a mixing heating acid dissolving method and a mixing heating acid dissolving device for fly ash slurry, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a preheating step of the slurry, i.e. preheating the mixed slurry of fly ash and hydrochloric acid, which is prepared by mixing the fly ash with the hydrochloric acid, in a preheating device to raise temperature to be 40 to 70 DEG C; a heating step of the slurry, i.e. heating the preheated slurry in a reaction kettle by live steam to be 140 to 160 DEG C and carrying out heat preservation for 0.5 to 2 hours; and a step of carrying out concentration and temperature reduction on reaction slurry dissolved from the reaction kettle in a flash evaporator to be 118 to 125 DEG C and conveying the slurry subjected to temperature reduction to a dilution trap. The method is in the core position in the whole process for preparing alumina from the fly ash by an acid method.
