Abstract

The invention discloses a four-input terminal comparator which is provided with four input terminals. When the comparator is applied to a similar proposal for a plurality of batteries, only one reference source is required, thus saving chip area and cost and improving circuit performance. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the comparator is provided with a first MOS, a second MOS, a third MOS and a fourth MOS, wherein the grid electrodes of the first MOS and the second MOS are respectively connected with a first input voltage and a second input voltage, and the source electrodes of the first MOS and the second MOS are respectively connected with a third input voltage and a fourth input voltage; the third MOS and the fourth MOS form a current mirror structure, and the third MOS forms a diode connection mode; and the drain electrode of the third MOS is connected to the drain electrode of the first MOS, the drain electrode of the fourth MOS is connected to the drain electrode of the second MOS, and drain output is taken as output of the comparator.
