Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum foil tape with a lining film and a manufacturing method thereof, relates to a thin film-shaped or slice-shaped adhesive and provides the aluminum foil tape with the lining film which has the advantages of wide using range, easy construction and use, energy conservation, environmental friendliness, relatively high resource utilization rate, resource waste reducing and relatively low cost, and the manufacturing method thereof. The aluminum foil tape with the lining film is provided with an aluminum foil layer and a release film layer, wherein an adhesive layer is coated between the aluminum foil layer and the release film layer. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, coating a solvent silicone oil or a solvent-free silicone oil on the surface of the thin film to obtain the release film layer; and secondly, coating the adhesive layer on the release film layer and compounding the release film layer on the aluminum foil layer by coating equipment, or coating the adhesive layer on the aluminum foil layer and then compounding the aluminum foil layer with the release film layer to obtain the aluminum foil tape with the lining film. The aluminum foil tape can be widely used for adhering refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and building heat-insulating pipelines and for the products which need to be adhered by the aluminum foil tapes.
