Abstract

The NRC temperature sensor comprises a lead, an NTC thermistor main body and a protective layer. The NTC thermistor main body is connected with the lead, and the protective layer is formed on both the NTC thermistor main body and the connecting part between the NTC thermistor main body and the lead through an injection molding process. The invention has simple molding process and low cost. Because the lead and the protective layer contains same material, the lead and the protective layer can be combined into a whole through the injection molding process, thereby greatly improving the waterproof property of the temperature sensor and prolonging the service life of the NTC temperature sensor.
