Abstract
The invention discloses an antalgic liniment for gout patients and belongs to medical preparations. The liniment is a liquid preparation prepared by soaking incised notopterygium, rhizoma corydalis, manchurian wildginger and borneol in a mass ratio of 10:10:8:10 in 95 percent of ethanol for 72 hours. The liniment has the following characteristics of: (1) achieving the effects of dispersing wind evil, relieving veins and arteries and dispelling wind, and penetrating joints to promote the restoration consciousness by adopting medicaments having acrid flavor and the effects of releasing, channeling, dispelling wind; (2) enhancing body surface blood circulation, making nutrient substance absorption and pathogenic factor resistance checkless, and having the effects of resisting virus and easing pain; (3) easing pain and diminishing inflammation, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels, running wind and dehumidifying, dissolving stasis and expelling cold, and meeting the theories of 'treating blood before treating wind, and wind extinguishing after blood circulation', and 'no thrombus, no pain'; (4) purifying body fluid, and removing wind cold and evil toxicity; (5) restoring bone joints, and recovering normal functions of swelled and distorted joints; and (6) regulating body functions, and improving immunocompetence.
