When the axial-flow type air pump is quickened under an ECU system, the electric energy of a speed regulating motor 3 and the airflow wind energy simultaneously quicken the axial-flow type pump blade 2, an air pump blade generates sky-high revolving speed to pressurize inlet flow 6, and the performance of the engine can be comprehensively improved under the cooperation of an oil injector. When the axial-flow type air pump works, the inlet manifold of the engine is dynamically sealed, and the inlet manifold 8 becomes an additional pressure air storage device of the engine.
