Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting molecular weights and structures of polysaccharide substances by Raman spectrometry, and belongs to the field of polysaccharide compound detection. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) putting 20mg of polysaccharide sample into colorless glassware, fixing on the glassware, and covering with a protective cover for shielding light for later use; (2) setting instrument parameters, testing by adopting the Raman spectrometry to obtain a Raman spectrogram; (3) performing data processing on the Raman spectrogram obtained in the step (2) to obtain the processed Raman fingerprint spectrogram for the polysaccharide sample; and (4) comparing the Raman fingerprint spectrogram for the polysaccharide sample obtained in the step (3) with the same series of Raman fingerprint spectrograms for polysaccharides to obtain the molecular weights and structures of the substances in the polysaccharide sample. The method has the advantages of short time required for measurement and analysis, quickness, simpleness, convenience, extremely low sample amount, and low detection cost.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the molecular weight and structure of polysaccharides by using Raman spectroscopy, which belongs to the field of detection of polysaccharides, and specifically relates to the use of Raman spectroscopy to test and analyze the solid powder of polysaccharides, and to find the molecular weight and basic structure of polysaccharides. Raman spectral features of the structure. Background technique: [0002] Polysaccharides are formed by the condensation and dehydration of multiple monosaccharide molecules, and are a type of carbohydrates with complex and large molecular structures. All carbohydrates and their derivatives that conform to the concept of polymer compounds are called polysaccharides. Polysaccharides exist in plants and animals. In higher plants and algae, they are components of cell walls or inside cells; in bacteria and fungi, they may be both cell components and metabolic products. Polysacchari...
