Abstract

The invention relates to a non-permanent magnetic low-voltage holding AC contactor with a built-in circuit. A polarity conversion circuit of the contactor is formed by a rectifier bridge D1; when an AC power supply is switched on, a rectifier circuit supplies a DC power supply to the power supply circuit; and when a DC power supply is switched on, positive and negative poles are converted. The power supply circuit respectively supplies power to the input ends of a starting control circuit and a holding control circuit which are connected with the power supply circuit and are mutually independent, thereby avoiding mutual interference between the circuits when a suction control circuit and the holding control circuit act. A starting coil L1 is connected between the grounding end of the polarity conversion circuit and the output end of the starting control circuit, and the starting control circuit supplies suction current to the starting coil L1 through a diode D5 which is connected withthe starting coil L1 in parallel. An auxiliary holding excitation coil L2 is connected with the starting coil L1 in series, and the holding control circuit supplies stable holding voltage to the starting coil and the auxiliary holding excitation coil through a diode D6. The auxiliary holding excitation coil can adjust the holding current by increasing the coil resistance. The contactor can realize national first-grade energy consumption.
