The variable-temperature source device comprises a cold source, a heat source, a polarization grid and a phase delay board the center points of which are positioned on the same horizontal surface, wherein the cold source is used for providing a low brightness temperature; the heat source is used for providing a high brightness temperature; the polarization grid is used for outputting a variable linear polarization microwave radiation brightness temperature; the phase delay board is used for outputting a variable circular polarization microwave radiation brightness temperature; the cold source and the heat source are respectively arranged on both sides of the polarization grid; the center of the polarization grid, the center of the phase delay board, and the center of a microwave radiometer test antenna are on the central axis of the system; and the phase delay board is perpendicular to the central axis of the system. The invention is characterized in that the polarization grid can rotate by using the central axis perpendicular to the plane in which the polarization grid is positioned as the center; and the phase delay board can rotate by using the central axis perpendicular to the plane in which the phase delay board is positioned as the center.
