Abstract

The invention discloses a path processing method, an optical communication device and an optical communication system for an optical network. The method comprises the following steps that: a path computation element (PCE) acquires network topology information, wherein the network topology information comprises a parameter which indicates the link type and the total service bandwidth of a link, a parameter which indicates the residual bandwidth of the link and a parameter which indicates whether the link supports an optical channel data unit flexible (ODUflex) service or not; the PCE acquires a request message sent by a node, wherein the request message carries a flow parameter for establishing service connection and the flow parameter comprises the signal type of the ODUflex of an opticalchannel data unit (ODU) of which the signal type is a flexible bandwidth, and the service bandwidth of the ODUflex; and the PCE determines a link which supports the ODUflex service and meets a time slot resource needed by the ODUflex service in the network according to the flow parameter and the network topology information in the request message and determines a path which supports the ODUflex service according to the determined link. A path which is associated with ODUflex connection can be determined.
