The attitude control engine vector thrust measurement system includes 5-pin connectors, a 61-pin connector, a measurement module and an in-situ thrust calculation module; a vector force sensor outputs seven paths of voltage signals; the voltage signals enter the 61-pin connector through the seven 5-pin connectors; the output end of the 61-pin connector is connected with the measurement module; and the measurement module comprises a power source, a voltage signal acquisition module, an excitation back measurement module and a change-over interface, wherein the power source is used for providing excitation for the vector force sensor through the 5-pin connectors and the 61-pin connector, the voltage signal acquisition module is used for acquiring voltage signals of the vector force sensor through the 5-pin connectors and the 61-pin connector, the excitation back measurement module is used for measuring excitation signals fed back by the vector force sensor, and the change-over interface is connected with the in-situ thrust calculation module.
