Embodiment 1

[0019] Taking refining 45F steel as an example, it includes the following processes:

[0020] A. Deoxidize the steel from the converter, so that the oxygen activity of the molten steel after tapping is lower than 40ppm;

[0021] B. Carry out slag washing during the tapping process of the converter, the amount of slag washing material per ton of molten steel is 2kg, and the molten steel is mixed into the refining ladle;

[0022] C. Pour 3t of the remaining steel slag poured from the previous steel continuous casting furnace into the slag pan, and then pour 0.5t of slag into the refining ladle of the LF furnace;

[0023] D. Move the refining ladle to the refining position, and feed aluminum wire to the molten steel. Feed aluminum wire 0.7kg per ton of molten steel refined. When feeding the wire, blow argon at a small flow rate of 20NL / min. If the ladle slag is crusted , blowing argon at a large flow rate to break the slag layer and then feed the aluminum wire, then add lime, ad...

Abstract

The invention discloses a quick refining process for an LF (ladle furnace), and relates to the technical field of ladle refining. The invention aims to provide a quick refining process for an LF, which has the advantage of short refining time, and can effectively improve the quality of molten steel and stabilize the composition of molten steel. The quick refining process for an LF comprises the following steps: A. deoxidizing steel discharged from a converter; B. in the converter steel discharging process, washing slag, and adding molten steel into a refining ladle; C. pouring 0.5-1.5t of 2.5-3t of residual steel slag from the previous furnace steel subjected to continuous casting onto a slag pan, and pouring the rest steel slag into the refining ladle of the LF; and D. moving the refining ladle to a refining position, feeding 0.5-0.7kg of aluminum wire to every one ton of molten steel while blowing argon at a low rate of 20-50 NL / minute, adding 4.4-6.0kg of lime to every one ton of molten steel for 1.5-3 minutes while blowing argon at a high rate of 200-300NL / minute and stirring, immediately adding 1.2-2kg of aluminum ash to every one ton of molten steel to deoxidize the ladle slag after finishing adding the lime, and electrifying for 5-8 minutes to obtain white slag.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ladle refining, in particular to an LF furnace rapid refining process. Background technique [0002] LF (Ladle Furnace) furnace is a refining equipment developed in Japan in the early 1970s. Because of its simple equipment, low investment cost, flexible operation and good refining effect, it has become a rising star in the metallurgical industry and has been widely used and developed in Japan. The refining of LF furnace mainly depends on the steel slag in the furnace. In the low-oxygen atmosphere, argon gas is blown into the furnace for stirring, and the molten steel passing through the primary furnace is heated and refined by graphite electrodes. Since the argon stirring accelerates the chemical reaction between slag and steel, using arc heating for temperature compensation can ensure a longer refining time, thereby reducing the content of oxygen and sulfur in the steel, and the inclusions are rated as ...
