[0037] Sewage is discharged from the factory 110 and is captured for recycling into a reservoir 120 (or other suitable large water storage or storage device, such as tanks, silos, ponds, etc.) that holds the sewage. According to one embodiment, a reservoir 120 is formed in a relatively level (or sunken) area of the ground outside the factory 110 adjacent to the factory 110, the reservoir 120 includes: a berm about 5 feet high, and defines an area of about 10,000 square feet (although berms of other heights and impoundments of other sizes may be used to suit the treatment requirements of a particular plant). A durable, strong and waterproof membrane (eg layer, sheet, etc.) material is provided over the enclosed area and over the berm to form the reservoir.
