Problems solved by technology

[0003] This previously known device and method has the following disadvantages: the material to be ground is heated strongly during the grinding process in the grinding device
[0004] Another disadvantage of the previously known devices and methods for the production of flour from grain is the necessity of using several roller mills arranged in sequence, which are therefore expensive and consume a lot of energy in operation
The use of several mills also necessitates a large milling plant, which in turn increases the cost of building the mill
[0005] The previously known devices and methods also have the disadvantage that the production of flour and / or semolina from grain requires high energy

Embodiment Construction

[0100] figure 1 A schematic diagram of a milling arrangement 1 according to the invention is shown.

[0101] The milling arrangement has a material bed roller mill 16 as milling device, as it is in Figure 9 as shown in . The bed roller mill 16 has an inlet 3 and an outlet 4 for grain. The grinding arrangement 1 also has a separating device 5, which has, for example, a press Figure 10 The shown zigzag splitter 13 and a for example according to Figure 12 The planar splitter 15 is shown. The ground grain 20 , comprising coarser milled product 21 , finer milled product 22 and bran 23 , is transported from a bed roller mill 16 to the separation stage 5 by means of a transport device 9 . The diameter of the rollers of the material bed roller mill 9 shown here is 250 mm here. The transport device 9 is designed as a straight pipe so that the milled grain 20 is transported by gravity to the separation stage 5 . Separation stage 5 has an inlet 6 for receiving coarser milled pr...

Abstract

The apparatus according to the invention relates to a grinding arrangement (1) for producing flour from cereal, the latter in particular being bread wheat, durum wheat, maize or buck wheat. The grinding arrangement is characterized by at least one grinding mechanism (2) which is designed in particular as a stock-bed roller mill (16). The grinding mechanism has at least one feed opening (3) and at least one dispensing opening (4). The grinding arrangement comprises at least one separating stage (5) for separating ground products (21; 22) into finer ground products (22) and coarser ground products (21), and a return arrangement (8) for returning at least some of the coarser ground products (21) into the feed opening (3) of the grinding mechanism (2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of production of flour and / or semolina from cereals, having the features stated in the preambles of the independent claims. Background technique [0002] From EP 0 335 925 B1 a method and a device are known for producing grain-milled products such as flour, semolina or semolina according to the high-speed milling principle. The milled material is milled several times, preferably 12 to 20 times, and sieved again. The ground material passes through the twin-roller milling stage at least twice, passes between the individual stages of the double-milling without sieving, and then ensures double-milling in each case. [0003] This previously known device and method has the disadvantage that the material to be ground is heated strongly during the grinding process in the grinding device. This is especially disadvantageous when milling grains into flour, since the heat introduced into the grains alters or destroys the protei...
