The paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 130-190 parts of hydrophilic acrylic resin, 210-525 parts of blocked polyether-isocyanate used as curing agent and 2.00-5.00 parts of butyltin dilaurate used as catalyst, wherein the blocked polyether-isocyanate curing agent uses polypropylene glycol and isophorone diisocyanate as raw materials. The preparation method of the paint comprises the following steps: reacting to obtain polyether-isocyanate prepolymer and then reacting with methyl ethyl ketoxime used as sealing agent.
