In the sensor, a plurality of light-emitting tubes are adopted as the light sources, which not only can effectively improve the exciting light intensity in a target irradiation area by N times, and improve the light intensity-noise ratio by the square root of N, but also can effectively inhibit the background interference of the external environmental light, improve the signal to noise ratio of the sensor, improve the sensitivity of detection and the external light anti-interference ability, and improve the receiving efficiency of the fluorescence and the sensitivity of detection through optimizing the included angle of the excitation optical fiber and a transmission optical fiber.
