Abstract

The invention provides an information system for self-help declaring and supervising of entry/exit passengers, which is used for completing health condition declaration and automatic body temperature monitoring by the passengers in the entry and exit port. The information system comprises a health self-help declaring terminal and a background management and monitoring system which are in distributed connection through a network. The declaring terminal integrates a certificate identification module, a multimedia information input/output module, an automatic portrait capturing and processing module, a body temperature collecting and processing module, a data processing and transmission module, and a photoelectric detection and caution module. The declaring terminal is used for collecting identity information and body temperature data of the passenger, uploading the data to the background management and monitoring system to implement comprehensive treatment, and finally giving an instruction to the declaration passenger according to the comparison between the passenger information collected and the data of the system. The information system for self-help declaring and supervising of entry/exit passengers has the advantages that the informationization level of the entry and exit port is improved, and the problems of paperless health declaration on the port and health declaration requirements of the passengers on the entry and exit port with large flow are solved.
