Abstract

The seed watermelon juice products are prepared by mixing seed watermelon original juice serving as a main ingredient with the extract of root of kudzu vine and adding honey natural nourishing food containing rich nutrients. The seedwatermelon juice composite drink is prepared by mixing 20 to 80 percent of seed watermelon original juice, 10 to 20 percent of extract of root of kudzu vine, 5 to 30 percent of honey, 3 to 15 percentof xylitol or table salt, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of vitamin C, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of citric acid and the balance of water, homogenizing, degassing, and performing ultrahigh temperature (UHT) instant sterilization and sterile cold canning.
