The health tea comprises the following raw materials on a weight basis: 20-50 of tea, 10-30 of underleaf pearl, 10-20 of gynostemma pentaphyllum, 10-20 of hawthorne leaves, 10-20 of eucommia bark leaves, 5-15 of cassia seeds, and 5-15 of wild chrysanthemum. The preparation method comprises the following steps in turn: 1) weighing the raw materials in proportion, mixing well; 2) pulverizing the raw materials weighed in step 1) into fine powder; 3) granulating the fine powder obtained in step 2); 4) drying at 50-60 DEG C and performing granulation; 5) packaging the granules obtained in step 4) into tea bags.
