Abstract

The invention discloses a rainfall sensor detection platform based on an LIN (Local Interconnect Network) bus and a detection method thereof, which belongs to a car part detection system. A current evaluation system only collects data of old 12V pulse type rainfall sensors and wiper motors, and is powerless to current higher-grade cars with the LIN (Local Interconnect Network) bus. A wiper system based on an LIN protocol is used as a signal source; an MC9S12D64 chip is selected as a core to form a main LIN node of an embedded system and is connected by a USB (universal series bus) to form an upper-lower computer information transmission system consisting of computers and the embedded system; and the data parameter collection, comparison and display are completed under the assist of computer terminal applications. The production quality of sensors and motors can be directly judged by comparing data values fed back by the computer terminal applications with standard data curves, thereby providing supports for the full automation of the detection platform.
