Abstract

The device transmits a braking pedal force to a braking main cylinder piston through a pedal push rod, a push rod spring and a piston push rod; a pressure sensor is arranged on the pedal push rod and a linear displacement sensor is arranged between the pedal push rod and the piston push rod so as to sense the speed of stepping on a braking pedal and a relative position between the pedal push rod and the piston push rod; a motor is controlled to drive a turbine and worm mechanism after the stepping speed and the relative position are processed by an electronic control unit; a pushing power assisting piston is driven by a power assisting screw rod so as to transmit hydraulic oil to a power application hydraulic cavity through an electromagnetic valve; and the hydraulic oil is loaded to the braking main cylinder piston for providing assisting power. When the braking pedal stops, the motor stops running and the device keeps a braking force on the basis of a self-locking function of screw threads; and when the braking pedal is released, the motor runs reversely and the hydraulic oil flows back to an assisting power hydraulic cavity to realize braking release.
