specific Embodiment approach 1

[0011] Specific embodiment one: the method for flax microbial degumming in the present embodiment, realizes by following steps: One, two strains of Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis) YT1 and YT2 are respectively placed in fermentor and cultivated for 48 hours, and the cultivation temperature is 37 ~40℃, pH 8~9, the amount of two strains of Bacillus subtilis YT1 and YT2 is 10 13 Two kinds of bacterial solutions per ml; wherein, the YT1 preservation number is CCTCC M 2011165, and the YT2 preservation number is CCTCC M 2011166; 2. The two bacterial solutions of YT1 and YT2 obtained in step 1 are in the volume of 1:0.7~1.5 After mixing, dilute with water until the volume fractions of YT1 and YT2 bacteria are 1% and 0.7% to 1.5%, and then add H-901 penetrant to obtain a mixed bacterial agent; wherein, the mixed bacterial agent contains H- The volume fraction of 901 penetrant is 0.1%~0.5%; 3. Utilize the sprayer to spray the mixed bacterial agent obtained in step 2 on the flax st...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0016] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that the culture temperature in step 1 is 38° C., and the pH is 8.5. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0017] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiments one to two is that in step two, the YT1 and YT2 bacterial solutions obtained in step one are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:0.8 to 1.4, and then diluted with water to contain YT1 The volume fractions of two bacteria, YT2 and YT2, were 1% and 0.8-1.4%, respectively. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiments 1 to 2.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for degumming flax by using microbial rain and dew and relates to a method for degumming flax by using rain and dew. The invention aims to solve the problems of low long hemp rate and overlong degumming time in the conventional method for degumming flax by using rain and dew. The method comprises the following steps of: performing fermenting cultivation on two strains of Bacillus subtilis YT1 and YT2 to obtain two kinds of bacterial solution; mixing the bacterial solution; adding an H-901 penetrating agent to prepare mixed microbial inoculum; spraying the microbial inoculum into the flax to be dewed to degum the flax by using rain and dew. By the method for degumming the flax by using rain and dew, the degumming time is shortened to 8 to 15 days. In the traditional process, the degumming time is 30 to 45 days, so the degumming time in the method is shortened by over 50 percent. After hemp is prepared from the degummed flax stems, the average hemp rate is increased by 2 percent and the comprehensive hemp rate is increased by 1 percent. The method is applicable to large-scale popularization of retting by rain and dew.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for degumming flax with rain and dew. Background technique [0002] Flax degumming is an important link in the flax processing process, which directly affects the growth rate, strength, splitting degree and other indicators of flax. At present, due to factors such as environmental protection and other factors, major foreign hemp producing countries such as France and Belgium have completely replaced the warm water degumming process by rain degumming, and only a few countries such as China and Egypt are still using the warm water retting technology. [0003] The rain dew retting process is characterized by small investment, no environmental pollution, continuous mechanized operation, etc. It has completely replaced the warm water retting process in Europe, and its product is characterized by good strength. The dew retting process is greatly restricted by natural conditions. For example, in major European planting areas...
