The invention relates to a method for manufacturing high wear-resisting and high waterproof polyurethane artificial leather for a safety and industrial costume, which comprises the following steps of: blending surface layer slurry containing polyester polyurethane, dimethylformamide, a flatting agent, a stripping auxiliary, a modified polysiloxane hydrocarbon antifoaming agent and a pigment; blending middle layer slurry containing waterborne polyurethane, water, a thickener and an antifoaming agent; blending adhesive coating slurry containing polyurethane, dimethylformamide, toluene, butanone, an accelerant and a cross-linking agent; and then carrying out a coating process. Solvent polyurethane resin and water-soluble polyurethane resin are cooperatively used; a dry coating production process is adopted; the product produced by the formulation technology has excellent wear resistance, waterproofness and ventilation property and is comfortable to wear.
