The invention discloses a Chinese patentmedicine for treating gastric ulcer, which comprises the following components by weight: 9-11 parts of bletilla striata, 9-11 parts of radix ampelopsis, 9-11 parts of licorice, 4.5-6.5 parts of chicken gizzard membrane, 0.4-0.6 parts of calculus bovis, 9-11 parts of fried massa medicata fermentata fujianensis, 9-11 parts of malt, and 15-20 parts of tallow.The invention is prepared by the following steps: decocting bletilla striata, radix ampelopsis, licorice and chicken gizzard membrane with water, filtering, concentrating the filtrate, drying to prepare powder; crushing calculus bovis, fried massa medicata fermentata fujianensis and malt in a micronizer to obtain a particle size of below 5 microns; well mixing with tallow at 40 DEG C-45 DEG C, blending to prepare particles. Treatment tests are performed on rat acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer models; an average ulcer area pre-administration is up to 81.24 mm2; after treatment for 10 days, the average ulcer area is decreased to 0.05 mm2; after treatment for 14 days, all rats in a model control group are dead; rats in an administration group have very good mental state, can act freely withno difference from normal rats; the rats are dissected and observed; no ulcer is observed at all with naked eye; and the cure rate is nearly 100.00%.
