Abstract

The preparation method of the rust resistant grease comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing 24# cylinder oil with 32# mechanical oil; (2) then adding random polypropylene plastic powder, adding aluminium distearate, heating while stirring at 190-195 DEG C for 8-15 minutes, reducing the temperature to 80 DEG C, adding barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate, dodecenyl succinic acid and Lanois magnesium soap, continuing to stir for 35-45 minutes, cooling at the room temperature for 24 hours to prepare a thickening agent; (3) adding the thickening agent to form a thickening agent mixed grease; and (4) adding organic bentonite and organic graphite powder into the thickening agent mixed grease, stirring evenly, and grinding by use of a colloid mill to form the high-speed tunnel rust resistant grease.
