A catheter tube for medical treatment having a high degree of freedom in having its rigidity and flexibility changed stepwise and enabling the setting of a bending rigidity changing position according to a variety of access routes and a method of manufacturing the catheter tube. The catheter tube comprises an inner layer tube, a reinforcement material layer, a marker, and an outer layer tube which are formed integrally with each other. The catheter tube is so formed that a line body forming the reinforcement material layer is densely wound at its tip part, the marker formed of an X-ray impermeable metal wire adjacent to the tip thereof is also densely wound, and comprises a leading-edge part where the reinforcement material layer and the marker are not present. Accordingly, the bending rigidity of the catheter tube from the base part to ward the tip part is stepwise or continuously decreased by the presence of the reinforcement material layer and the outer layer tube. The winding of the line body is terminated at the base part after its interval and tilt angle are changed at positions between the densely wound portion of the tip part and a portion near the base part, and the outer layer tube has a stepwise-changing hardness arrangement. As a result, the catheter tube can be set to a variety of bending rigidity changing positions.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing according to the raw material ratio of the polyolefin waterproof sheet, fusing, extruding and forming the polyolefin sheet, and then compounding one self-adhering glue layer onto the sheet. The polyolefin self-adhering film waterproof sheet prepared according to the method has the advantages of excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent waterproof property, moderate softness, excellent workability, safety, environmental protection and excellent peeling strength of self-adhering glue layer and post-poured concrete. The pre-paved type polyolefin self-adhering film waterproof sheet prepared according to the method provided by the invention can be used for waterproof purpose of railway tunnels.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) the preparation of the functional combined solution, namely, taking all components in proportion, adding oligosaccharides into a moderate amount of water, and stirring the obtained mixture; after the oligosaccharides are dissolved, adding probiotic bacteria metabolites into the obtained object, and stirring the obtained mixture; and adding the other components of the functional combined solution and the balance of water, and after the obtained object is mixed, adjusting the pH value of the obtained mixture to be 5-6 by using a pH regulator; 2) taking the functional combined solution and the other finishing agent components in proportion so as to prepare a finishing agent; and 3) applying the finishing agent containing the functional combined solution to the non-woven fabric, removing the redundant finishing agent, and then drying or air-drying the obtained product. The non-woven fabric disclosed by the invention has a biological regulation function, and can enhance the microbial barrier capabilities of skins and genital tracts, restrain the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria, and protect the human health.
