A manufacturing method for the plate-fin heat exchanger comprises the following steps of: manufacturing stamping steel plates and rectangular fins; coating an aluminum-coated layer on the surface of each stamping steel plate; welding and sealing edges of two stamping steel plates; arranging the rectangular fins in parallel and then fixing the rectangular fins on the surface of a base plate to form heat exchange sheets; connecting and fixing the heat exchange sheets by a reinforcing plate; connecting two ends of each heat exchange sheet and the liquid inlet flow pipe and the liquid outlet flow pipe respectively; integrally assembling; and performing pressure tests to obtain the finished plate-fin heat exchanger.
