The pump comprises a magnetic rotor, a pump body, an impeller, a ceramic bearing, a spindle, a return spring and an alternating magnetic field generator, wherein the alternating magnetic field generator is arranged on the anterior abdominal wall of a human body; the pump body is arranged in the bladder; a urine suction port a and a urine drainage port b are formed on the pump body; the magnetic rotor and the impeller are arranged in the hollow cavity of the pump body; the magnetic rotor is sleeved at one end of the spindle, and the impeller is sleeved at the other end of the spindle; the spindle is supported against the pump body; the return spring is sleeved on the spindle between the impeller and the magnetic rotor; and a hub of the impeller and the urine drainage port b of the pump body form a urethra switching valve.
