The invention discloses an image measuring board control system, which comprises an establishment module, an acquisition module, a computation module and a driver module, wherein the establishment module is used for establishing a plane coordinate system for a workpiece to be tested, namely a first coordinate system, in a computer-aided design (CAD) chart file for the workpiece to be tested, and establishing a plane coordinate system for the workpiece to be tested, namely a second coordinate system, on a board working surface of an image measuring board; the acquisition module is used for acquiring a coordinate valve of a tested element characteristic of the workpiece to the tested in the first coordinate system and acquiring position information of a board lens of the image measuring board relative to the second coordinate system; the computation module is used for computing the moving direction and displacement required by the board lens according to the coordinate value of the tested element characteristic in the first coordinate system and the position information of the board lens; and the driver module is used for sending a driving signal to a driving unit according to the moving direction and the displacement required by the board lens so as to control the board lens to move to the position of the tested element characteristic.
