Compared with the prior art, the ultrasonic levitation accelerometer is more compact in structure and has higher precisions in both processing and assembling; and meanwhile, the ultrasonic levitation accelerometer is more convenient to mount and apply. As no mechanical bearing structures are used for bearing the mass of a sensitive element, the influence on mechanical elasticity is eliminated; and the sensitivity of the accelerometer provided by the invention can be very high in theory.
