The multi-path hydrogen injection electronic control system of the HICE comprises an ECU (electronic control unit), wherein the ECU controls and is connected with a hydrogen injection device which is connected with an air inlet duct through an air intake manifold; the hydrogen injection device comprises at least two paths of hydrogen injection machines which are adjacent to an inlet valve seat up to the hiltaccording to an engine structure and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the air intake manifold; the number of the hydrogen injection machines in the hydrogen injection device satisfies the requirement of the full load of the HICE on the hydrogen injection amount; and at least two paths of hydrogen injection machines are determined according to the requirement of thefull load on the hydrogen injection amount, and the hydrogen injection machines are adjacent to the inlet valve seat as far as possible and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the air intake manifold.
