The invention has beneficial effect that because of employment of the above formula, the prepared culture material for hypsizigus marmoreus has low cost, low pollution rate, fast spawn running effect, and a single bottle mushroom yield similar to that of a culture material using cottonseed casing and cob, and high comprehensive benefit.
