The device comprises a total lumen test part, an optical fiber spectrograph, a digital power meter, a computer, a test starting switch, a barcode printer matched with the computer, and mechanical parts, wherein the total lumen test part, the optical fiber spectrograph and the digital power meter are all connected with the computer through universal serial buses (USBs); the test starting switch is connected with the computer through a serial port; and the total lumen test part comprises a large-area solar battery, a luminosity function matching optical filter and a polytetrafluoroethylene diffuse transmission film. The on-line real-time detection device has the largest advantage that the large-area solar battery is adopted as the total lumen measuring part of the LED lamp, so the measuring device has the advantages of simple optical structure, simple and convenient manufacturing process, low cost and high practicality, can be applied to on-line detection of industrial production, can also be used as off-line detection equipment in a laboratory, and has wide popularization and application value.
