The control method is compound control based on disturbance as follows: a feedback loop contains high-bandwidth position feedback and tracking feedback; and a vibratory signal of the platform, which is detected by the angular displacement sensor, is introduced to the position of an input node of the high-bandwidth position feedback after the vibratory signal is processed by a low-pass filter. According to the control method of the vibratory control device based on the rectification of the quick tilting mirror, a convenient sensor control mode is adopted, the vibration is effectively suppressed, and the image stabilization of high definition is realized.
