The method for performing analysis and early warning processing on water quality data of the raw water which run on the master computers comprises the following steps of: storing related data for performing analysis and early warning on the quality of the raw water of the water reclamation plant; and controlling the SCADA system to perform cyclic data acquisition on water quality indexes at a water inlet monitoring point of the raw water of the water reclamation plant, and transmitting monitoring data into a server database and storing for operation and analysis, wherein the operation and analysis comprise the following steps of: predicting the water quality indexes of the raw water of the water reclamation plant and further performing analysis and early warning.
