Two pairs of minor diameter peeling rollers are arranged among three pairs of large diameter defibering rollers and extruding rollers, and raw material cortexes are scraped under the reverse scraping and cutting functions of the peeling rollers; and the cortex cutting rollers are arranged behind the peeling rollers to clear the winding of the cotton stalk cortexes. The peeling fluffer of cotton stalks disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: (1) the peeling fluffer fully utilizes the raw material characteristics and the mechanical structure characteristics to finish the peeling and defibering procedures in one time so as to save manpower; (2) the peeling rollers and the cortex cutting rollers, which have similar structures, can be used for cutting cortexes and assisting the peeling operation, thereby improving the efficiency; (3) the equipment adaptability is good, the gaps between the peeling rollers and the cortex cutting rollers are adjustable, and spring floating is adopted, so that the production demand of a scrimber is satisfied.
