Abstract

The invention provides a cycloidal paddle propeller which comprises a cycloidal paddle blade, a paddle blade bracket, a cycloidal paddle rotating shaft, a driving motor and an eccentric round ring positioning mechanism. A bracket arm and a jacket are arranged on the paddle blade bracket; the jacket is in running fit with a blade main tube beam; the eccentric round ring positioning mechanism comprises a control pull rod, an eccentric rotating round ring, an eccentric hollow cylindrical positioning station and an auxiliary positioning pull rod; the eccentricity between the center axis of the eccentric rotating round ring and the center axis of the cycloidal paddle rotating shaft is implemented by the eccentric round ring positioning mechanism so as to implement the effect that the cycloidal paddle blade takes the periodical pitching motion under the control of the control pull rod, thereby generating a pull force. The invention solves the problems of great bending moment born by a blade pivot and easiness for breaking of the blade of a cantilever beam type blade mounting mode in the prior art and also solves the problem of complexity of a control system, which is caused by a mode of controlling an attack angle by an actuator by forms of electromagnet or hydraulic pressure and the like in the prior art.
